Weltman Studios sells online guitar and music education. This is done through 1:1 Zoom calls, online courses, and asynchronous music lessons (on Zoom) as well as lesson notes to follow up and support.

• Refund policy — All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. 
• Delivery policy — As my business does not deal with physical goods at the moment, this does not apply.

• Cancellation policy — This is noted in the "Studio Policy" page - all lessons must have 24 advance notice to be rescheduled or replaced with a makeup credit, and all clients who want to cancel or pause lessons outright must give 30 days notice.

The business address is: 59 Alexis Drive, Burlington, Vermont, 05408 - although all lessons are done on Zoom, online, and this address does not really apply to the business in terms of any service done. 

The Terms Of Any Promotions You Are Offering:

My business offers a free lesson to anyone who registers as a student for a trial period 3 business days after completing a consultation call with me and reserving a time slot on my schedule. The trial period is a 1-3 month period (to be discussed with each client individually) where everything runs as normal, except the 30-day advance notice policy for cancelling lessons does not apply. The client can cancel and finish out any invoice period within the trial period. I also offer a free lesson for any client who refers someone who registers for a trial period and another free lesson if the referral continues after the trial period.

The Security Of My Website And Customer Payment Information:

My website and service (My Music Staff) uses Stripe to accept all payments and is PCI compliant. Your payment information is handled safely when doing business with Weltman Studios. 

The Logos Of The Credit Cards I Accept:

Here are the cards accepted by Stripe. Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also accepted, as well as a direct debit by your bank account. All information is to be filled out upon registration, and can be changed, updated, or removed at anytime by logging into your portal on My Music Staff or by contacting weltmanstudios@gmail.com diectly.
